When a technician number is entered, Fastrax will display all open calls for that technician and show the status of each job. He may be dispatched to new jobs based on geographical location and skill. With Alpha Paging, Fastrax automatically transmits the call information to the technician, reducing phone and air time and increasing dispatcher productivity. Fastrax also features a complete email system interfaced with alpha paging. With Fastrax you can view the location of where your technicians are at any given time, along with the phone, location and city where they may be reached.

If a call is approaching its scheduled time and has not been dispatched, Fastrax prompts for corrective action by placing it in the Overdue Call Queue and flashes the number on the dispatcher's screen. Once the dispatcher is notified, the call may be dispatched or rescheduled. This avoids lost revenue due to angry customers who have been forgotten.

Simplified Invoice Approval Means Greater Efficiency. The Fastrax Invoice Approval screen allows you to enter the parts, labor and tax when the paper work is received. When approved, the system builds your AR, updates the general ledger, updates all commissions due, prompts for cash received and batches it for deposit.

After all invoices have been processed, Fastrax will print your deposit slip and a cash batch report showing how all cash was applied, and when the batch is deposited, AR will be cleared. Faster Access to AR Invoice Information. Fastrax allows five different searches to locate an AR (check number, customer number, credit card number, dollar amount and payment amount). All credits, debits and payments which have been applied to the invoice will be displayed. Also, a complete audit trail is available to review job information and any AR activity against that job.

Receivables Entry Simplifies Updating. The Receivables entry screen allows you to make adjustments to an existing receivable (debit memos, credit memos, late changes, etc.). An overdue AR balance is displayed when opening or closing a service call.

Simplify Payments. Fastrax maintains detailed records of all invoices received and any payments made by your company. All AP transactions and deposits post to your checkbook to allow on-line checkbook reconciliation.

Improve Payment Efficiency. Fastrax lets you manage AP details with quick and easy reports that give immediate, accurate information. With the Recurring Payables entry you may choose to automatically generate certain AP transactions each month, such as rent, fleet truck leases and Yellow Page advertising over a specified period of time.

View AP Invoice and Find An AP Give Access to Unpaid Invoices. AP Finder gives you six easy searches (i.e. check number vendor, credit card, dollar amount, payment amount or "starts with") to locate any invoices in the system. All details of an AP such as original invoice date and date/check number of payments may be displayed upon request.

Hand Check Entry. Fastrax allows you to enter in checks that have been hand written, so that all expenses are properly posted.

Part details such as quantities you have on hand, on demand and allocated are continuously updated with each transaction in the inventory module. The Fastrax Part Detail screen gives you an accurate, overall view of each part stocked at a location. Stock may be easily adjusted while the system tracks adjusted quantities by user.

Part Inquiry allows you to view quantity on hand, allocated, back ordered, etc. of a specific part for all locations on one screen.

The tedious task of counting your inventory is accomplished in the easiest, most efficient way possible with Fastrax. You can either do a Physical Inventory one location at a time or all at once. Count sheets are generated for all inventory stocked by each location. Simply print the count sheets out, mark the physical count on the count sheet and enter the information into the system. Your counts will then be compared with the system inventory, and discrepancy and exception reports will be generated as needed.
